Bill Camarillo
CEO 10 years experience in U.S.M.C., nine years with Calwood as CFO and
then CEO during which the company became the largest organics recycler
in California. Holds BS and Masters degrees in Business Administration
from University of Redlands.
Richard
Helland
President Founder of Calwood in 1990 after successful startup and operation
of a line-clearing tree service in 1976 for Southern California Edison,
Pacific Gas & Electric, and City of Los Angeles Dept. of Water and Power.
Used his expertise in managing logistics and organic debris to create
the vision for Calwood.
Rodney
Helland
COO As Calwood's first employee, brought 10 years experience in line-clearing
industry and continues to design policies and procedures to improve Calwood
efficiency. Represents Calwood before state regulatory agencies, stakeholders
and market forums.
Ted Elliot
CPA Over 15 years of CPA experience assisting companies with due diligence
for potential sales, mergers & acquisitions, tax compliance, SEC audits
and filings. Began with Deloitte & Touche, became senior manager and partner
in two independent accounting firms while serving Kinko's World Headquarters
before joining Calwood.
Nan Drake
Public Relations Drake became interested in environmental issues and this
led her to initiate the City of Ventura's curbside recycling program (a
first in Ventura County). She served as Chairman of the Los Angeles Regional
Water Quallity Control Board in 1992 and also served as a Board Member
of the California Integrated Waste Management Board. Her continuing interest
in recycling as a consultant has made her a leading state advocate for
the industry.
Kerby
Lecka
Ex. VP Marketing ServicesOver 20 years strategic marketing experience
in the marketing business before founding his own business in 1999. Comes
to Calwood having directed Packard Bell from its inception to over $1
billion in sales in the early 1990's.
